应用激光熔蚀 -等离子体质谱法 ,以 Fe作内标 ,定量地测定了太平洋海山顶部锰结壳中 ,自核心到核表面不同层次中的 30多个微量元素的含量。应用压片法制作了锰结壳的管理样 ,应用激光熔蚀对此管理样的均匀性作了考察 ,表明此样基本均匀 ,可以作为激光等离子体质谱法测定锰结壳的标准。
The content of more than 30 trace elements in the manganese crusts from the core to the nuclear surface at the top of the Pacific Ocean was quantitatively determined by laser ablation-mass spectrometry with Fe as the internal standard. Manganese crusts were produced by using the tabletting method. The homogeneity of the sample was investigated by laser ablation, which showed that the samples were uniform and could be used as the standard for the determination of manganese crust by laser-induced plasma mass spectrometry.
