用传统方法所得变速器传动比优化结果往往与配齿后所得实际传动比有一定偏离,基于给定整车参数和动力性能指标的两挡AMT纯电动汽车,对其驱动电机进行参数匹配后,以变速器各挡齿轮副齿数为离散设计变量,结合NEDC驾驶循环和经济性换挡规律,提出一种传动比离散优化方法。结果表明,该优化方法所得传动比的最优值不仅使驱动电机系统的综合效率尽可能最高,而且该最优值可由变速器齿轮配齿实际精确得到。
The transmission ratio optimization result obtained by the traditional method often deviates from the actual transmission ratio obtained after the tooth fitting. Based on the two-block AMT pure electric vehicle given the vehicle parameters and the dynamic performance index, after matching the parameters of the driving motor, The number of gear teeth of gearbox is discrete design variable. Combined with NEDC driving cycle and economy shift rule, a method of gearbox discrete optimization is proposed. The results show that the optimum value of the transmission ratio obtained by the optimization method not only maximizes the overall efficiency of the drive motor system, but also can be obtained by the transmission gear teeth accurately.
