直齿形花键结合,一般多用于传递动力。它在机床工业、航空工业以及汽车拖拉机工业部门中,都比渐伸线形、三角形、和梯形花键用得更为广泛。因此无论从产品设计和使用方面的通用性和互换性,或是在加工制造中从简化工艺设备出发,对于直齿形花键结合的公差与配合问题,应当给以应有的重视。本文从原则上简单地谈谈个人对简化直齿形花键结合的公差与配合问题的初步意见,并希望能够作为拟制这方面的标准时参考之用。为了说明问题,今引用苏联国家标准1139-55关于直齿形花键结合的公差与配合的规定并简述如下:
Straight-tooth spline combination, generally used for power transmission. It is more widely used in the machine tool industry, the aerospace industry and the automotive tractor industry than the linear, triangular, and trapezoidal splines. Therefore, both in terms of product design and use of versatility and interchangeability, or processing in the process of simplifying the process starting from the straight spline spline for the tolerance and cooperation should be given due attention. In this paper, we briefly talk about the individual’s initial opinions on simplifying the tolerances and cooperation of straight spline-shaped spline combination. We hope this can be used as a reference for the preparation of this standard. To illustrate the problem, reference is made to the provisions of the Soviet Union National Standard 1139-55 for tolerances and combinations of straight spline-shaped splines and summarized as follows:
