目的探讨大学新生心理困扰的性别特点。方法采用心理健康测量工具UPI对大学新生进行全面心理普查,用广州某师范大学2001~2005连续5届新生的普查资料进行统计分析。结果(1)男女同学最集中的心理困扰是学习压力,自我认识偏差,情绪起伏敏感;(2)40%的PUI项目有显著性别差异,女生缺乏自信和情绪敏感等心理困扰显著多于男生,男生比女生更多关注自己的外在表现和对身体、性器官发育的担心;(3)困扰大学新生的心理问题在最近5年里呈现一致的模式,说明UPI的高选率问题具有典型性和延续性。结论:大学新生心理困扰存在突出的性别特点,近5年呈现连续、一致的模式。
Objective To explore the gender characteristics of freshmen’s psychological distress. Methods Mental health survey tool UPI was used to conduct a comprehensive psychological survey of college freshmen. Statistical analysis was conducted on census data of 5 freshmen from 2001 to 2005 in a normal university in Guangzhou. Results (1) The psychological distress of male and female students was the most important factor in learning stress, self-awareness and emotional fluctuation. (2) There were significant gender differences in 40% of PUI subjects. There was more psychological distress in girls than in male students, Boys pay more attention to their external manifestations and their concerns about body and sexual organ development than girls; (3) Psychological problems that have plagued college freshmen show a consistent pattern in the last five years, which shows that UPI’s high rate of election is typical and Continuity. Conclusion: There are prominent gender characteristics in college freshmen’s psychological distress. The past five years show a continuous and consistent pattern.
