为探讨凉攀烟区烤烟微量元素与常规化学成分的含量及其两者之间的关系,对来自会理及米易两地的云烟85及红花大金元初烤烟叶进行了测定与相关分析.结果表明,凉攀烟区烤烟的总氮及烟碱含量分别为25和30 g.kg-1,基本处于适宜水平;水溶性总糖含量在300 g.kg-1以上,总体上偏高;钾的含量大多低于20 g.kg-1,总体偏低.烟叶微量元素含量,在地区、品种及部位间变化较大.烟叶微量元素与常规化学成分的含量关系分析表明,Cu,Fe,Zn与Mn与水溶性总糖、总氮、烟碱及钾的含量表现出不同程度的相关性,其中,Mn与钾的含量相关达极显著水平.
In order to explore the relationship between the contents of trace elements and conventional chemical components in flue-cured tobacco and the relationship between them in Liangban tobacco growing areas, the flue-cured tobacco leaves Yunfu 85 and Hongda Daijin were collected from Huili and Miyi.
