普通中学面临着两重任务:一是要为高等学校输送优秀新生;二是要培养四化建设的合格劳动后备力量。这两重任务都要求学生学好中学的基础课程,做到一颗红心两种准备,接受祖国的挑选。现在各中学都已进入了总复习阶段。高中学生在毕业之前,通过总复习,使所学知识更加系统和牢固,并增强更活运用知识的能力,这对于他们升学或就业都是十分必要的。为了搞好这次总复习,我们请一些同志写了有关复习语文、数学、政治、物理等科的文章;有关其他各科的文章不再刊登,请参看去年第四、五期本刊有关文章。 Ordinary secondary schools are faced with two tasks: First, to deliver outstanding freshmen for institutions of higher learning; second, to train qualified labor reserve forces for the four modernizations. Both of these tasks require that students should learn the basic courses of secondary education and prepare them with both hearts and minds to accept the choice of the motherland. Now all secondary schools have entered the general review stage. Prior to graduation, high school students make the review more systematic and solid and enhance their ability to use knowledge more generally, which is necessary for their further education or employment. In order to do a good job of this review, we invite some comrades to write articles on the review of languages, mathematics, politics and physics. Articles on other subjects are no longer published.
