《食药用菌》杂志原名《浙江食用菌》,创刊于1982年,于2011年更名。该刊兼顾普及与提高,注重实用技术与信息的传播。主要介绍国内外食、药用菌产业发展状况,刊登具有实际指导意义和创新性的食、药用菌应用科学研究论文,以及针对性和实用性强的试验研究报告、科普文章和产业信息。《食药用菌》为双月刊,国内外公开发行,全年订价为60元,一次性订阅两年或两份(以上),优惠为50元/年(含平寄邮资)。港澳台地区及国际订阅价统一为$180元/年。
