目的:探讨尿激酶对急性脑梗死患者血清中TNF-α表达水平的影响。方法:选择2011年1月-2014年2月某院就诊并被诊断为急性脑梗死的患者66例,严格按照随机化的原则将所有入选患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组分别为33例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用尿激酶进行溶栓治疗,2组治疗后进行疗效对比。结果:TNF-α表达水平与脑梗死体积呈显著正相关(P<0.05);治疗前2组TNF-α水平和ESS评分基本一致,无统计学差异(t=0.36,P>0.05);治疗一段时间后,治疗组的2项指标均有改善,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组3个月后的Bathel指数明显改善。结论:TNF-α表达水平对反应脑梗死脑损伤程度有重要意义,尿激酶可以明显降低脑梗死患者的脑细胞损伤,改善溶栓治疗的近、远期效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of urokinase on the level of TNF-α in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Sixty-six patients were selected from January 2011 to February 2014 in a hospital and were diagnosed as acute cerebral infarction. All the patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the principle of randomization strictly according to the principle of randomization. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of TNF-α and the volume of cerebral infarction (P <0.05). The levels of TNF-α and ESS in the two groups before treatment were basically the same with no significant difference (t = 0.36, P> 0.05) After a period of time, the treatment group had two indicators improved, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Bathel index after 3 months of treatment group significantly improved. CONCLUSION: The level of TNF-α is important for the response to brain injury induced by cerebral infarction. Urokinase can significantly reduce brain cell injury in patients with cerebral infarction and improve the short-term and long-term effects of thrombolytic therapy.
