在教师的专业能力中,观察是幼儿教育的基本功,也是适宜性教育的基础,更是教师指导的前提和幼儿园课程设计的依据,是否坚持观察是衡量教师专业水平的主要尺度。观察能力需要培养,更需要实践锻炼。观察不是随便看看,也不只是技术,没有足够的专业知识准备,在教育场景里很可能无法识别有价值的信息。
Among teachers ’professional abilities, observation is the basic skill of early childhood education and also the basis of appropriate education. It is also the prerequisite of teachers’ instruction and the basis of kindergarten curriculum design. Whether to insist on observation is the main yardstick to measure the professional level of teachers. Observe the ability to train, but also the need for practical exercise. Observation is not just a look, nor is it just technology, not well prepared for professional knowledge, and it is likely that no valuable information will be identified in educational settings.
