本文从超微结构和形态计量两方面对生后1~90天的27只大鼠肝细胞溶酶体的变化进行了动态观察。结果表明,在这一发育阶段中,溶酶体的体积密度和数目密度有显著增加,位置由散在于胞浆中逐渐移向胆小管周围,同时,次级溶酶体的某些类型所占的比例也发生了明显变化,其中自噬泡的改变较为突出。本文就溶酶体数量、分布和类型等变化的意义进行了初步讨论。综合本文的观察结果,作者推测,生后5天左右可能是大鼠肝细胞溶酶体发育的一个重要转折时期。
In this paper, the changes of lysosomes in 27 rat liver cells from 1 day to 90 days after birth were observed by ultrastructure and morphometry. The results showed that at this stage of development, the bulk density and number density of lysosomes increased significantly, and the position of the lysosomes gradually shifted to the periphery of the cholecystorhynchosum, while some types of secondary lysosomes Accounting for the proportion of significant changes have taken place, including the change of autophagic vacuoles more prominent. In this paper, we first discussed the significance of changes in the number, distribution and type of lysosomes. Based on the observations in this article, the authors speculate that about 5 days after birth may be an important turning point in rat liver cell lysosome development.
