通过共混法以镀锌钢板为基材制备了含有MoS_2的金属基复合阻尼结构。分析MoS_2添加量对阻尼损耗因子、隔声性能和涂层附着力等性能的影响。结果表明:MoS_2可有效提高阻尼性能、隔声性能和附着力。当MoS_2的质量占填料总质量的18.75%时,阻尼损耗因子最优;阻尼结构的隔声性能随MoS_2含量的增加而提高;当MoS_2添加量为12.50%时,涂层附着力可达到2.0 MPa。
The metal-based composite damping structure containing MoS_2 was prepared by galvannealing with a blending method. The effects of MoS_2 loading on damping loss factor, sound insulation and coating adhesion were analyzed. The results show that: MoS_2 can effectively improve the damping performance, sound insulation performance and adhesion. When the content of MoS_2 accounts for 18.75% of the total mass of the filler, the damping loss factor is the best; the sound insulation performance of the damping structure increases with the content of MoS_2; when the content of MoS_2 is 12.50%, the coating adhesion can reach 2.0 MPa .
