一、临床资料 (一)一般情况:17例患者中,男13例,女4例;年龄10～72岁。8例是因进食未熟狗肉而患病。此狗来自内蒙赤峰地区;另9例是进食未熟羊肉而发病,此羊来自黑龙江某军马场。 (二)临床表现:潜伏期7～22天,平均13.5天。腹痛、腹泻8例;全身祖在过敏性皮疹、颜面呈可凹性浮肿17例;全身浮肿1例;肌肉酸痛17例,其中以腓肠肌为多(16例),腹肌、胸大肌各1例;17例患者均有发热,多呈低热,少数呈弛张热,昼轻夜重;咳嗽、咯痰1例。辅助检
