针对离心式空压机中间冷却器,详细阐述了两种不同型式的换热管螺纹管和矩形套片管的结构特点。并结合实际案例,进行详细对比设计,得出在空压机中间冷却器中,矩形套片管的强化换热效果比螺纹管更明显。选取矩形套片管,不仅大大增加了换热面积,阻力降也小于螺纹管,间接降低了空压机的能耗,设备重量减轻,节约了设备投资,给企业带来了巨大的经济效益。
Centrifugal air compressor intercooler for two different types of heat exchange tube threaded tube and rectangular tube sheet structure characteristics.
