知识经济时代,知识更新速度非常快,会计学知识更是如此,这就要求成人高校会计教学必须树立终身教育理念,培养学生的终生独立学习能力。然而,当前不少成人高校会计教学中仍采用以“教师”为中心封闭僵化的教育模式,忽视学生的主体地位及其学习能力与实践技能的培养,显然不符合终身教育理念的要求。本文针对成人高校会计教学现状进行分析,找到其中的问题,并提出相应的改进措施。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, the rate of knowledge update is very fast, especially in accounting. This requires that adult college accounting teaching must establish the concept of lifelong education and cultivate the students’ ability of independent study for life. However, at present, many adult college accounting teaching still adopts the rigid and rigid education mode centered on “teacher ”. Ignoring the dominant position of students and their learning ability and practical skills training obviously do not meet the requirements of lifelong education philosophy. This article analyzes the status quo of accounting teaching in adult colleges and universities to find out the problems and put forward corresponding improvement measures.
