目的 :研究全口无牙颌应用种植固定修复术之后咬合力分布情况。方法 :选取本院自2013年2月~2015年2月间收治的20例全口无牙颌应用种植固定修复患者,将其纳入实验组,另选取天然牙列20例患者作为对照组,采用咬合力测试仪器测定患者口腔内咬合力的分布情况,探究咬合力重心位置变化。结果 :种植固定修复组全牙列咬合力、磨牙区域咬合力明显低于天然牙列组;双尖牙区域咬合力明显高于天然牙列(P<0.05),差异显著具有统计学意义。双尖牙区域咬合力重心位置前移,左右牙咬合力相对均衡。结论 :全口无牙颌应用种植固定修复之后,双尖牙区域承受的咬合力更大,牙齿修复手术时应提高重视。
Objective: To study the distribution of occlusal force after implant fixation and repair of edentulous jaws. METHODS: Twenty patients with full edentulous jaw implanted in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were enrolled in the experimental group. Twenty patients with natural dentition were selected as the control group. Bite force test apparatus to measure the distribution of occlusal force in the mouth of patients to explore changes in the position of barycentric center of gravity. Results: The occlusal force of the dentition in the fixed denture group was significantly lower than that in the natural dentition group. The occlusal force of the bicuspid area was significantly higher than that of the natural dentition (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Biceps bite force center of gravity forward position, bite force is relatively balanced. CONCLUSION: After the whole edentulous jaw is implanted and fixed, the bite force is greater in the canine region and should be paid more attention to when the tooth is repaired.
