高中物理必修本第一册在“验证机械能守恒定律”的实验中,有这样一条实验要求:“在实验中从几条打上点的纸带中挑选第一、二两点间的距离接近2毫米并且点迹清晰的纸带进行测量”。理由是,“打点计时器每隔0.02秒打一个点,自由落体运动在最初0.02秒下落的距离(1/2)×9.8×(0.02)~2米≈2毫米。所以,纸带第一、二两点间的距离接近2毫米,意味着纸带是在打第一个点的瞬间开始下落的”。对于这条实验要求,不少师生认为毫无必要,应该删去。对此,想谈点个人对这条实验要求的看法,以求达到共识。
