班主任工作是一项艰苦细致的工作,要求班主任从业人员要具备富有教书育人的责任感,全面关心学生的健康成长,遇到困难、挫折时不气馁;有较好的师德修养,能够正确把握并控制好自己的情绪;善于运用教育机智,寻找有利时机对学生因势利导等几方面的心理素质。但有的班主任从业人员在紧张繁忙的工作中,由于心理不平衡,情绪不稳定,失控,从而做出违背初衷的事,影响了对学生的教育,影响了教育效果。为此,非常有必要对班主任进行心理保健,使他们平衡心态,调节情绪,热爱班主任工作,争创班主任工作的最佳效果。班主任从业人员如何进行心理保健呢?总结部分班主任同仁的成功做法,笔者认为以下几种方法值得偿试。

For this reason, it is very necessary for the teacher in charge of mental health care so that they can balance their mentality, adjust their emotions, love their teacher’s work, and strive for the best effect of the teacher in charge. How to conduct mental health care practitioners do? To summarize the successful practices of some classmates and colleagues, I think the following methods are worth trying.
