课堂观察是对课堂教学实施研讨的一种有效手段,是校本研修的重要形式。文章以课堂观察这种常规的教学教研形式为载体,以学生的发展为中心,旨在研究优化课堂教学模式的问题、课堂观察的广义性理解、课堂教学的新型学生观、课堂观察者的角色意识等四个方面的问题,从而深化课堂教学改革,挖掘课堂教学的内驱力,优化课堂教学模式,提高教学效率。
Classroom observation is an effective means to implement classroom teaching and is an important form of school-based training.
