目的:探讨分层管理对提高心内科护理质量的效果。方法:以心内科的所有在岗护士作为研究对象,并就引入分层管理前后的内科护理质量做对比,以实施分层管理后的患者满意度、护士自身满意度、护理文书、健康教育、病房管理等各项护理指标是否提升等作为评价标准。结果:在实施了分层管理后,各项相关指标均高于管理前,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分层管理在提高护理质量中效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the effect of stratified management on improving the quality of cardiology nursing. Methods: All in-service nurses in cardiology were studied, and the quality of medical care before and after the introduction of stratified management was compared with the patient satisfaction after stratified management, the self-satisfaction of nurses, nursing documents, health education, wards Management and other indicators of whether to enhance the nursing as an evaluation criteria. Results: After the implementation of the hierarchical management, the relevant indicators were higher than before management, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hierarchical management is effective in improving the quality of nursing.
