华东师范大学近一年来在贯彻党的教育方針、提高教学质量方面做了一些工作。在提高教学质量的工作中要抓的問題很多,在本文中我打算就以下三点談談初步的体会。一、教学工作必須政治挂帅,必須和思想工作相结合,教学质量才能迅速提高。政治挂了帅,教学工作才能有正确的方向,才能正确貫彻党的教育方針,才不会在抓教学质量的提高时,只抓讀书,而丢了政治和劳动,对教学质量的标准才能有正确的看法。这个问题,是在整風、反右之后,通过教育方針的大辯論,以及最近关于八中全会文件的学习,在师生中才基本解决。我們体会,只有加强政治思想教育,提高师生的政治觉悟,才能发揮师生在教学上的干 In the past year, East China Normal University has done some work in implementing the party’s education policy and improving the quality of teaching.
