随着课程改革的推进,素质教育逐步完善,教学也随之发生了质的飞跃,学生成为学习的主人。然而,有时感觉到虽然课堂气氛浓厚,但是美中不足的是教学效果不能达到预期的目的。如何提高课堂教学效果呢?笔者认为应该构建个性课堂,把发展学生个性和目标教学紧密相联。新课标也把发展学生的个性放在一个很重要的位置上,在阅读教学的实施建议中明确地指出:“阅读是学生个性化的行为,不应以教师的分析来代替学生的阅读实践,应让学生在主动积极的思维和情感的活动中,加深理解
