本文建立的钢锭冷凝过程二维数学模型,采用了修正温度回升法、C—N法处理边界辐射热流、分区变时间步长等新方法。应用该模型,对武钢D8908钢锭和D8413钢锭的冷凝过程进行了计算,制订出“D8908钢锭传搁时间表”和“D8413钢锭传搁时间表”,并分析了500t平炉钢浇注的钢锭传搁时间计时方法的不足,首次提出了对第一盘钢锭温度进行定量修正的方法。
The two-dimensional mathematical model of the steel ingot condensation process established in this paper adopts the new methods such as modified temperature rise method, C-N method to deal with the boundary radiation heat flow and the time-varying step of the partition. The model was used to calculate the condensation process of D8908 steel ingot and D8413 steel ingot. The “D8908 ingot spread timetable” and the “D8413 ingot spread timetable” were worked out. The transfer time of 500t open hearth steel ingot was analyzed For the first time, the method of quantitatively correcting the temperature of the first ingot is proposed.
