治疗方法 清热退黄汤:茵陈50g,蒲公英、板蓝根各30g,郁金、五味子、茯苓、焦三仙各20g,大黄、藿香各15g,栀子、白术各12g,陈皮、猪苓、滑石、泽泻各10g。小儿酌减,水煎服,日1剂。 西药:10％葡萄糖500ml加强力宁80～100ml,静脉滴注,日1次,肝泰乐100mg,联苯双酯30mg,维生素C0.2g,日3次,10d为1疗程。每疗程结束时,查1次肝功。 疗效标准 痊愈:临床症状消失,肝功能恢复正常;有效:主要症状明显好转或消失,总胆红素恢复正
