目的 :研究羊膜移植治疗大泡性角膜病变的疗效。方法 :对 15例 (15只眼 )大泡性角膜病变患者采用羊膜移植治疗。其中无晶状体眼 5例 ,人工晶状体眼 5例 ,有晶状体眼者 3例 ,角膜移植片失败者 2例。结果 :随访期 3～ 12个月 ,治疗后1～ 3天内症状解除者 13例 (86 6 7% ) ,症状减轻者 2例 ,所有患者角膜上皮缺损在 3～ 4周内愈合。结论 :羊膜移植能有效地控制大泡性角膜病变的症状 ,促进上皮愈合 ,且安全、简便、易行 ,具有很大的发展前途。
Objective: To study the efficacy of amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of bullous keratopathy. Methods: Fifteen patients (15 eyes) with bullous keratopathy were treated with amniotic membrane transplantation. There were 5 cases with aphakia, 5 cases with intraocular lens, 3 cases with aphakia and 2 cases with corneal graft failure. Results: During the follow-up period of 3 to 12 months, 13 cases (86.67%) were relieved of symptoms within 1 to 3 days after treatment and 2 cases were relieved of symptoms. Corneal epithelial defects healed in 3 to 4 weeks in all cases. Conclusion: Amniotic membrane transplantation can effectively control the symptoms of bullous keratopathy and promote epithelial healing. It is safe, simple and easy to operate and has great potential for development.
