大型海湾桥梁在全寿命服役过程中,受到恶劣环境因素的长久作用,会发生混凝土劣化与钢筋锈蚀、索构件防护失效与钢丝锈蚀、钢箱梁涂层劣化、锈蚀与裂纹等。为确保大桥的正常运营,降低全寿命周期养护费用,有必要采取先进的监检测手段对关键的耐久性指标进行跟踪,并采用合理和科学的方法对桥梁结构的耐久性能进行评估。本文重点讨论了海湾大桥需要重点关注的耐久性评估指标及其评估方法,并给出了其在大沽河航道桥中的应用。
During the service life of a large bay bridge, the long-term effects of harsh environmental factors will cause long-term effects of concrete deterioration and reinforcement corrosion, failure of cable components protection and corrosion of steel wires, deterioration of steel box beams and coatings, rust and cracks. In order to ensure the normal operation of the bridge and reduce the cost of life-cycle maintenance, it is necessary to adopt advanced monitoring measures to track the key durability indicators and evaluate the durability of the bridge structure in a reasonable and scientific way. This article focuses on the Durability evaluation index and assessment method that the Bay Bridge needs to focus on and gives its application in Dagu River Channel Bridge.
