目的 :探讨丹黄解毒清脑免煎颗粒治疗急性中风对血清TNF-α、hs-CRP及ICAM-1动态变化的影响。方法:将60例发病12h内的缺血性中风入院患者随机分成对照组(常规治疗)和治疗组(加用丹黄解毒清脑免煎颗粒),疗程14天,分别在治疗前治疗后进行神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力进行评分,治疗第1、3、7、15天测定血清中TNF-α、hs-CRP和ICAM-1含量。结果:丹黄解毒清脑免检颗粒通过抑制TNF-α的合成消减了启动因素、减低hs-CRP的含量降低了炎症因子的活性、抑制ICAM-1与内皮细胞的粘附阻断和减轻了炎症反应,进而改善了神经功能。结论:丹黄解毒清脑免检颗粒能够多靶点、多效性地减轻急性脑缺血后的炎症级联反应,发挥其脑保护、促进神经功能恢复的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Danjiejiedu Qingnao Jiangan Granule in treating acute stroke on the dynamic changes of serum TNF-α, hs-CRP and ICAM-1. Methods: Sixty patients admitted to hospital within 12 hours after onset of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group (routine treatment) and treatment group (treated with Danjiejiedu Qingnao FeiJian Granule) for 14 days. The patients were treated before treatment The degree of neurological deficit and daily living ability were scored. The levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP and ICAM-1 in sera were measured on the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 15th day of treatment. Results: Danjiejiedu Qingnao JIJI particles can reduce the activation of inflammatory cytokines, inhibit the adhesion of ICAM-1 and endothelial cells, and reduce the inflammation by inhibiting the synthesis of TNF-α, reducing the content of hs-CRP Reaction, and then improve the nerve function. Conclusion: Danhuang Jiedu Qingnao Jiaojian Granule can effectively reduce the inflammatory cascade after acute cerebral ischemia and play its role of brain protection and nerve function recovery.
