Shandong Coal Mine Laiwu Machinery Plant is built in the sixties state-owned enterprises, three years ago the output value has been hovering around 70 million yuan, the average annual income of workers less than 6,000 yuan. However, after a series of reforms such as the annual salary system implemented by engineers and technicians, the output value in 2002 reached 150 million yuan, and the income of workers reached 11,600 yuan, of which 16,500 yuan was for professional and technical personnel.
