随着社会经济不断的改革发展,高校学生党支部已经成为基层组织的重要组成部分,对高等学校培养社会主义事业接班人有重要的意义。现如今,校外工作站党建工作面临着形式单一、质量下滑、形式简单等问题。本文主要针对校外党支部党建工作,以组织生活为载体,在思想观念、队伍培养、制度建设和活动形式等几个方面创新,提升组织生活质量以及党员教育等工作。 With the continuous reform and development of social economy, the college student party branch has become an important part of the grassroots organizations, which is of great significance to colleges and universities in training successors of the socialist cause. Nowadays, the work of party building outside the school station faces a single form, quality decline, simple forms and other issues. This paper is mainly aimed at the party building work of the university’s extra-curricular party branches. Taking the organization of life as the carrier, the paper innovates in aspects of ideological concepts, team cultivation, system construction and activity forms, and improves the quality of organization life and the education of Party members.
