抚顺特殊钢(集团)公司为落实全心全意依靠工人阶级办企业的方针,积极探索新形势下企业民主管理的新途径,自今年二月份以来,他们在公司推行民主议事制度,极大地唤起了职工的主人翁意识,进一步强化了企业管理,使今年的各项经营指标稳中有升。 民主议事制度就是按照职工代表大会通过的议事规则,选出由工人、干部、科技人员、管理等四方面职工108人作为议事代表,参与讨论决策公司重大事项的民主管理制度。为充分体现管理的民主性,他们为此专门建了一个多功能议事厅,内设108个代表席,装备有先进的电子表决显示系统;另外为增强议事的透明度,公司电视台每次都把议事实况转播给全体职工;同时他们还在公司的门口设立公示板,将议案的内容、表决结
