一、关于外加剂混用不同种类外加剂的混用是指外加剂溶液之间的混合。不同种外加剂混合时,发生化学变化的可能在实际中并不多见,而多为赋予某种外加剂以其它性能。如在商品混凝土搅拌站,减水剂与AE剂并用作为引气减水剂;引气减水剂与缓凝剂配合用作缓凝型引气减水剂等。表1所示为防锈剂与各种外加剂混合时的稳定性。一般来说,防锈剂与强酸性外加剂混合时稳定性不好,混合时有产生气体、析出白色沉淀的可能,而与树脂系
1. Mixing of admixtures with different types of admixtures refers to mixing of admixture solutions. When different kinds of admixtures are mixed, the chemical changes may not be seen in practice, but most of them are to impart certain properties to other admixtures. For example, in the concrete mixing plant, the water reducing agent and the AE agent are used together as the air-entraining water-reducing agent; the air-entraining water-reducing agent and the retarder are used as the retarding-type air-entraining water-reducing agent. Table 1 shows the stability of the rust inhibitor mixed with various admixtures. In general, when the rust inhibitor is mixed with a strong acidic additive, the stability is not good, and gas may be generated during the mixing to precipitate a white precipitate.
