前几年,我们公司建立了工人岗位责任制和干部职业责任制,对于克服职责不清和无人负责的现象,起到了较好的作用。但是,没有明确每项工作要干到什么程度,达到什么目标。结果衡量没有尺度,考核没有依据,往往是责任制写在纸上贴在墙上,执行不执行一样。工人们反映,这样的责任制好像“橡皮尺子”可长可短,不好衡量,容易流于形式。事实说明,生产水平越高,越要落实责任制,把基础工作搞扎实。
A few years ago, our company set up the worker post responsibility system and the cadre professional responsibility system, and played a good role in overcoming the unclear responsibilities and unmanned responsibilities. However, it is not clear to what extent each work to be done to achieve what goals. The results of the measurement of no scale, there is no basis for assessment, it is often the responsibility to write the system posted on the wall, the implementation of the same. Workers reflect that such a system of responsibility seems like “rubber ruler ” can be long, short, poorly gauged, and easy to be mere formality. Facts show that the higher the level of production, the more we must implement the responsibility system, and make solid foundation work.
