《新课程标准》指出:“化学要面向全体学生,实现人人学有价值的化学,人人都能获得必要的化学,不同的人在化学上得到不同的发展”。目前影响农村初中化学教学效率而不可忽视的一个因素就是教师忽视学生的个体差异,而这种个体差异在农村学校显得格外突出。课堂教学是教学活动的核心,是实现素质教育目标的重要途径。遵循教育规律和教学原则,寻求新的教学模式,实行分层教学施教无疑是一种好的做法。一、正确理解分层教学的涵义
