Last year, from December 5 to 9, the ITU held the “World Year of Telecommunications in Asia-Pacific and Middle East Arab Countries Seminar” in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The theme of the conference was to study the development of the communications infrastructure and the impact of the development of the communications structure on the economic life and social welfare of people in developing countries.
