目的浅析2006—2009年广东省新发尘肺发病特点,寻找防控对策。方法运用健康危害因素监测信息系统,收集2006年1月至2009年12月期间广东省报告的新发尘肺病例资料,按病种、地区分布、行业分布、企业性质等方面进行分析。结果 2006—2009年广东省新发病例517例,呈逐年上升趋势;男性病例506例,占97.9%,女性病例11例,占2.1%,病例中Ⅰ期尘肺297例(57.5%),Ⅱ期尘肺165例(31.9%),Ⅲ期尘肺55例(10.6%),尘肺种类以矽肺为主,占83.6%;病例集中在珠三角地区的制造业、非金属矿采选业、非金属矿物制品业和建筑业等,私营企业占48.4%;发病工种呈多样化分布,以磨工钻工最多,工厂其他工种也很突出;所有病例分布于232家企业中,其中10家企业的新发病例超过10例,最多的达到73例。结论广东省尘肺新发病例仍然居多,且有上升和群体性发病趋势,应加强尘肺病防治;监管和防治重点是珠三角地区的制造业、非金属矿采选业等,同时应防控群体性尘肺病事件的发生。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of newly diagnosed pneumoconiosis in Guangdong Province from 2006 to 2009 and find out the control strategies. Methods The health risk factors monitoring information system was used to collect the data of new cases of pneumoconiosis reported in Guangdong Province from January 2006 to December 2009 and analyzed by disease type, geographical distribution, industry distribution and enterprise nature. Results A total of 517 newly diagnosed cases were reported in Guangdong Province from 2006 to 2009, showing a trend of increasing year by year. There were 506 cases of male cases (97.9%), 11 cases of female cases (2.1%), 297 cases (57.5%) of stage Ⅰ pneumoconiosis cases, Pneumoconiosis was found in 165 cases (31.9%), stage Ⅲ pneumoconiosis in 55 cases (10.6%) and pneumoconiosis mainly in silicosis, accounting for 83.6%. The cases were concentrated in the manufacturing, non-metallic ore mining and dressing, non-metallic mineral products Industry and construction, accounting for 48.4% of the private-owned enterprises; the incidence of various types of work was diversified, with the largest number of workers in the mill and the rest of the factory also outstanding; all the cases were found in 232 enterprises, of which 10 were new cases More than 10 cases, up to 73 cases. Conclusions The new cases of pneumoconiosis in Guangdong Province are still the majority, with the trend of rising and group incidence, the prevention and control of pneumoconiosis should be strengthened. The supervision and prevention and control should focus on the manufacturing and non-metal mining industry in Pearl River Delta, The occurrence of a pneumoconiosis event.
