论述了战术弹道导弹（ＴＢＭ）和军用卫星在现代局部战争中的地位和作用，指出了ＴＢＭ对抗和以军用卫星为重要角色的Ｃ￣３Ｉ系统对抗将是未来战争中空间对抗的重要形式。对ＴＢＭ向第三世界扩散的原因及战术技术性能发展趋势，和以美国、前苏联（含俄罗斯）为主的世界各国军用卫星应用现状及所制定的军事航天计划进行了分析研究，阐述了对ＴＢＭ的防御和反卫星武器发展的最新动向。推论了世界军事领域正面临着一场革命，信息战将成为未来空间对抗的一种作战形式，而卫星战又将是信息战的重要内容之一。最后，提出了空间对抗研究与国防建设和经济发展密切相关的观点，并就密切注意与空间对抗相关的高技术产业化问题，尽快建立我国防空防天一体化的先进防御系统及促进军民两用技术发展等问题提出了建议。
The position and function of Tactical Ballistic Missile (TBM) and military satellites in the modern local war are discussed. It is pointed out that the TBM confrontation and the C ~ 31 system confrontation with the military satellites as important roles will be an important form of space confrontation in the future war. The reasons for the spread of TBM to the third world and the development trend of tactical and technical performance, and the application status of military satellites in various countries in the world, mainly the United States and the former Soviet Union (including Russia), and the military space program that has been formulated are analyzed and elaborated. The latest developments in TBM defense and ASAT weapons development. It is inferred that the world military is facing a revolution. Information warfare will be a form of combat in the future space confrontation, and satellite warfare will again be an important part of information warfare. Finally, I put forward the viewpoints that the research on space confrontation is closely related to the national defense construction and economic development. On the issue of paying close attention to the high-tech industrialization related to space confrontation, we should establish as soon as possible an advanced defense system of integration of air defense and anti-terrorism and promote the dual use of military and civilian Technical development and other issues put forward suggestions.
