山东杜郎口、泰兴洋思等名校成功的教改经验集中体现的就是把课堂还给学生,学生是学习的主人,教师只是组织者、引导者。让学生变被动接受,为积极主动合作参与教学全过程,发展学生的主动精神和团结协作精神,从而营造轻松、民主、愉悦的课堂学习氛围。笔者执教苏科版数学教材多年,现谈谈本人对实施“合作教学”模式的探索与思考。
