Chinese Medical Association electrophysiological and pacing Society was established the first national academic conference, September 1994 September 26 to 28 held in Beijing. The conference received 675 papers and 367 representatives from 29 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities nationwide attended the conference. Professor Benditt DG, former chairman of the North American Pacemaker and Cardiorespiratory Society, and Professor Rowland E, the representative of the British Society of Electrophysiology and Pacing attended the symposium and made a special academic report
