目的检测非小细胞肺癌患者缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,分析其临床意义。方法免疫组织化学法检测非小细胞肺癌组织及癌旁组织中HIF-1α、VEGF的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果癌组织中HIF-1α、VEGF阳性率为87.5%、85.0%,较癌旁组织明显升高(P<0.05);可以认为HIF-1α、VEGF的表达与肺癌的组织来源、分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌HIF-1α、VEGF高表达可以认为与组织来源、分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关。
Objective To detect the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer and analyze its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in non-small cell lung cancer and its adjacent tissues. The correlation between HIF-1α and VEGF was analyzed. Results The positive rates of HIF-1α and VEGF in carcinoma tissues were 87.5% and 85.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in paracancer tissues (P <0.05). The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF was correlated with the origin, differentiation, lymph node Metastasis, TNM staging (P <0.05). Conclusion The high expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in non-small cell lung cancer may be related to the origin of the tissue, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging.
