作者目的是研究在正中(牙合)、完整牙列和颞下颌关节功能紊乱时嚼肌、颞肌及口底肌群的功能状态。对15例颞下颌关节功能紊乱患者(观察组),进行肌电描记的研究,这些患者在既往史中没有颌面部损伤或炎症病史,没有风湿症、多关节炎病史,女性11人,男性4人,年龄25~35岁。对照组由10名同年龄的、牙列完整、咬合正常,没有颞下颌关节疾病的人组成,女性7人,男性3人。颌面部肌肉功能状态肌电描记的检查是在肌电描记仪上进行的。25人,共150份肌电图加以分析。所得结果经统计学处理。分析肌电图时测量咀嚼周期连续性和一个咀嚼运动,在一个咀嚼运动期中单独的生物电活跃的和相对静止的时间,咀嚼运动的
The aim of the study was to investigate the functional status of the muscles of the masseter, the temporal muscles and the floor muscles of the mouth during the median occlusion, complete dentition and temporomandibular joint dysfunction.
