钢筋冷拉工艺中的应力控制的传统方法有电子秤测力、弹簧测力器测力、普通液压千斤顶测力(以上均用卷扬机作冷拉动力)以及预应力拉伸机作冷拉动力并测力等。我团施工的某印染厂主厂房后张法预应力钢筋混凝土屋面梁主筋全部需要进行冷拉。因客观条件限制,预应力主筋冷拉的应力控制无法采用上述任何一种方案。工地仅有1个冷拉细长钢筋的槽型台座、1台5吨力卷扬机,2台用于张拉预应力钢筋的拉伸
