外伤性前房积血是眼球挫伤中常见的症状,我科从1974年6月～1983年6月,共收治222例眼外伤患者,其中眼球挫伤121例,占眼外伤的54.5％,患外伤性前房积血72例,占眼球挫伤的59.5％,发病率较高。一、临床资料 1.一般情况:18例中,男性14例,女性4例。右眼12例,左眼6例。年龄5～15岁9例,16～30岁5例,31～55岁4例。致伤的原因为弹射性玩具、钢筋、弹簧,铁屑块、弹弓、拳头、鞭炮、球类、石子等。
