应用遗传流行病学研究方法,对肝癌进行了分离比与遗传度的估算,以探讨遗传因素在肝癌病因学上的影响程度。对703个肝癌家系的调查表明,其一、二级亲属的肝癌曾患率分别为5.45%与2.16%,587个对照家系的一级亲属肝癌曾患率为1.03%,即患病率一级亲属>二级亲属>群体,符合多因子遗传病的特点。用Li-Mantel-Gart法计算的分离比为0.13—0.16,初步否认肝癌的单基因遗传方式。用Falconer法进行遗传度
Genetic epidemiological research methods were used to estimate the segregation ratio and heritability of liver cancer, in order to investigate the degree of genetic factors in the etiology of liver cancer. A survey of 703 liver cancer families showed that the prevalence rates of liver cancer in the first and second-degree relatives were 5.45% and 2.16%, respectively, and that of the first-degree relatives of 587 control families was 1.03%, ie, the prevalence of first-degree relatives. Second-degree relatives >population, in line with the characteristics of multi-factor genetic diseases.
