研究目的:接触线是接触网的主要组成部分,在弓网接触压力作用下,接触线产生振动及磨耗,导致强度降低、应力增加,使其寿命缩短。为解决这一问题,对接触线可靠性进行研究。通过对机械类参数的分析与计算,提出相关建议,为接触网设计提供借鉴。研究结论:通过建立计算模型对接触线机械类参数(强度、工作张力、磨耗率、弓架次)与应力关系的分析与研究表明,接触线机械可靠性随列车运行速度、弓架次及磨耗率的增加而降低,随着接触线强度的增加、受电弓抬升力减小、接触线工作张力适当提高而增加。为此,在选择接触线时,应尽可能与受电弓滑板等因素相结合,降低磨耗率;接触线工作张力选择应根据弓网受流与可靠度综合考虑确定;在供电能力满足要求时,尽可能选择强度较高的接触线,以减少应力-强度干涉区域,进而提高接触线的可靠性。
Research purposes: Contact line is the main part of catenary. To this end, the choice of contact line, should be as much as possible with pantograph skateboard and other factors combined to reduce the wear rate; contact line tension should be selected according to the bow network flow and reliability of a comprehensive consideration to determine; in the power supply capacity to meet the requirements , As far as possible to select the contact line of higher strength to reduce the stress - intensity interference region, thereby enhancing the reliability of the contact line.
