复式教学在,《教育学》中的定义为:“把两个年级以上的学生编在一个班里,由一位教师在同一节课内,分别用不同的教材,交叉地对不同程度的学生进行教学的组织形式。”它适合于个别农村、山区和少数民族等教育不发达地区。但我认为:复式教学也是一种因材施教的良好的组织教学形式,它不仅仅有用于“两个年级以上”的综合班,也适用于全日制完小的同年级同教材的普通班。
