京津塘高速公路约1/3路段位于渤海湾软土地区,软土的含水量高,压缩性大,抗剪强度和承载能力低,是影响高速公路路基稳定性的关键技术问题。对处理软土地基的工作量大,造价高问题,笔者提出充分利用软土硬壳层的观点,可挖掘软土地基的潜力,减少处理软基费用。并就软土地区的路基分类,容许剩余沉降量的标准及高路堤的预压期限等几个问题提出意见,供有关部门参考。
About 1/3 of the Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway is located in the soft soil area of Bohai Bay. Soft clay has high water content, large compressibility, low shear strength and low carrying capacity, which are the key technical problems affecting the stability of the expressway subgrade. To deal with the heavy workload and high cost of soft ground, the author puts forward the viewpoint of making full use of hard crust of soft soil, which can tap the potential of soft ground and reduce the cost of processing soft foundation. And put forward opinions on several issues such as subgrade classification in soft soil area, allowable residual settlement standard and preloading period of high embankment for reference by relevant departments.
