将企业经营者政治安排与构建和谐劳动关系挂钩的创新做法在实践中取得相当成效的同时,也遭到了部分人对其的正当性质疑。只有结合其背后所蕴含和践行的党的建设理论、统一战线理论、社会管理创新理论以及中国特色社会主义工会发展道路理论予以分析研究,才能证明该做法的理论正当性及现实可行性,揭示出该做法在社会转型时期对构建和谐劳动关系乃至构建和谐社会所具有的重要意义,并在此基础上对该做法提出有益的完善建议。
Innovative practices that link the political arrangement of business operators with the construction of harmonious labor relations have achieved considerable success in practice and have also been questioned by some on their legitimacy. Only by combining the theory behind the party building, the theory of the united front, the theory of social management innovation and the theory of socialist trade union with Chinese characteristics can be analyzed and studied in order to prove the theoretical justification and feasibility of this approach, In the period of social transformation, this method has the vital significance to the construction of harmonious labor relations and even the construction of a harmonious society. On the basis of this, it puts forward some useful suggestions for improvement.
