为提高建筑施工机械化水平,加速基本建设速度,江苏省建设机械修造厂根据上级指示,自力更生,艰苦奋斗,群策群力,大搞双革,于1973年3月试制出第一台0.4米~3轮胎式半液压挖掘机(见图)。该机行驶部分为机械传动;挖掘、回转、转向、支承、悬挂等机构为液压传动。回转部分采用了交叉滚柱回转轴承。机中还采用了液压、气动、电器组合传动及控制系统。样机经300小时性能与工业试验证明,工作可靠,性能良好,基本上符合设计要求,受到使用单位的欢迎。
In order to improve the level of mechanization of construction and speed up the pace of capital construction, the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Machinery Factory relied on its own instructions, worked hard, worked hard, worked together, and engaged in double-leaf. After 300 hours of performance and industrial tests, the prototype proved that the work is reliable and the performance is good. It basically meets the design requirements and is welcomed by the users.
