目的 :研究拇腕掌关节面的立体几何特征 ,为该关节运动分析提供形态学参数。方法 :用结构光立体测量系统 ,测量成人尸体大多角骨远侧端关节面和第 1掌骨底关节面 ,数据自动采集 ,打印出关节面立体轮廓图、等高线图、断面曲线和曲率曲线图。结果 :拇腕掌关节为鞍状关节 ,大多角骨关节面在桡尺方向上凹 ,在掌背方向上凸 ,第 1掌骨底关节面在桡尺方向上凸 ,在掌骨方向上凹 ,关节面在相互垂直方向上紧密嵌合 ,关节面分为五区 ,中央区及其周围为等曲率区。结论 :结构光测量系统可得到关节面的立体几何特征 ,拇腕掌关节的几何形态是该关节活动形式复杂的结构基础。
OBJECTIVE: To study the three-dimensional geometric features of the metacarpophalangeal joint facet and to provide morphological parameters for the articulation analysis. Methods: The distal carotid articular surface and the first metacarpal articular surface of adult cadaver were measured with structured light three-dimensional measurement system. The data were collected automatically to print out the three-dimensional outline of the articular surface, contour map, section curve and curvature curve Figure Results: The wrist joint of the wrist was a saddle-shaped joint. The facet of the maxillofacial region was concave in the radial ruler and convex in the dorsal metacarpal. The first metacarpal-articular surface was convex in the radial ruler and concave in the metacarpal. Face in the vertical direction of the close fit, the articular surface is divided into five areas, the central area and its surrounding areas such as curvature. Conclusion: The structured light measurement system can obtain the geometric features of the articular surface. The geometry of the wrist joint is the complex structural basis of the articular movement pattern.
