为了分析HAg18人肝癌相关抗原的异质性,我们用流式细胞仪双参数相关分析法观察了HAg18人肝癌相关抗原在4种不同人肝癌细胞系中的表达与细胞周期的关系,发现HAg18相关抗原在4种人肝癌细胞系中均有表达,但表达量不同。G_0-G_1期表达量少,S期居中,G_2-M期抗原量大。在同种细胞的同一细胞系其表达异质性与细胞周期的时相变化有关。在同种细胞的不同细胞群,其表达异质性与细胞周期的时相变化无明显关系。
In order to analyze the heterogeneity of HAg18 human hepatoma-associated antigens, we observed the relationship between the expression of HAg18 human hepatocellular carcinoma-associated antigen in four different human hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines and the cell cycle using flow cytometric dual-parameter correlation analysis. Antigen was expressed in all four types of human hepatoma cell lines, but the expression levels were different. G_0-G1 phase expression is small, S phase is middle, and G_2-M phase antigen is large. The heterogeneity of expression in the same cell line of the same kind of cell is related to the time phase change of the cell cycle. In different cell populations of the same kind of cells, their expression heterogeneity has no obvious relationship with the time phase change of the cell cycle.
