引言铁路运输采用内燃机车作为牵引动力,不但使机车的热效率与利用率显著提高,而且可使乘务员的劳动强度降低,劳动条件有所改善,是我国铁路牵引动力革命的方向之一;然而,内燃机车运行时伴随的噪声振动较为强烈,除对乘务员的健康与工作能力有不良影响外,还使铁路运输音响信号传递的听闻条件变坏,使行车的安全遭到威胁,因此,研究内燃机车的噪声言振动及其控制措施是铁道劳动卫生当前重大的问题之一。本研究对国产东风型内燃机车噪声振动的基本振动-噪声源,噪声振动的一般特性及其对乘务员的影响等进行了初步的探讨;也试验了相应的能用于内燃机车驾驶室隔声的材料与结构性能,提供了减低内燃机车,特别是其驾驶室噪声振动措施的初步建议。
Introduction The use of diesel locomotives as traction power in railway transportation not only increases the thermal efficiency and utilization rate of locomotives significantly, but also reduces the labor intensity and improves the working conditions of locomotives. It is one of the directions of the railway traction power revolution in our country. However, Locomotive noise accompanied with strong vibration, in addition to the attendant’s health and ability to work have an adverse effect, but also to rail audio signal transmission under the conditions of the hearing deterioration, so traffic safety is threatened, therefore, the study of diesel locomotives Noise Vibration and its control measures are one of the major problems in railway health and hygiene. In this paper, the basic vibration noise noise of the domestic Dongfeng diesel locomotive - the noise source, the general characteristics of the noise vibration and the impact on the flight attendants were discussed. The corresponding test for the sound insulation of the cab of the diesel locomotive Materials and structural performance, provide preliminary suggestions to reduce the noise vibration of diesel locomotives, especially their cabs.
